William Chapman brings nearly a decade of experience in the mental health and intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) field to his role at New Beginnings Alliance LLC. His journey began in the school system, where he discovered a passion for helping individuals reach their fullest potential. After years of providing direct support in the community, William transitioned into administrative leadership—spending the last four years strengthening programs and championing excellence in service delivery.

Since joining New Beginnings Alliance in August 2025, William has led with a hands-on, person-centered approach. His work focuses on compliance, quality assurance, and meaningful outcomes for the individuals served. William’s leadership is rooted in integrity, compassion, and a deep belief that quality care begins with supporting and empowering the people who provide it.
