Sandra Johnson brings over 15 years of dedicated experience in the intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) and mental health field to her role at New Beginnings Alliance LLC. As a seasoned Qualified Professional, she has held numerous leadership positions—guiding teams, developing person-centered programs, and fostering meaningful outcomes for individuals and families across the community.

In addition to her clinical and administrative expertise, Sandra is also a certified Life Coach, helping individuals achieve personal growth, independence, and lasting success. Her compassionate leadership style and deep understanding of behavioral health systems make her a trusted advocate and respected voice in the field.

​Sandra’s passion for this work is deeply personal. As a lifelong support to her brother with special needs, she brings empathy, insight, and unwavering commitment to every aspect of her work. Her journey continues to inspire her mission: to empower others and elevate the quality of care for those navigating IDD and mental health challenges.
