Brandon serves as a Qualified Professional at New Beginnings Alliance LLC, bringing both personal and professional dedication to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and mental health needs. His passion for this work began early in life, when he spent time helping his mother in a special education classroom—an experience that shaped his heart for service and set the foundation for his career.

With experience across Mental Health and IDD services, Brandon offers a strong background in person-centered planning, service coordination, and ethical care oversight. He is also a certified practitioner in Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®), a trauma-informed, attachment-focused model that equips him to support individuals with complex emotional and behavioral needs. His approach is rooted in compassion, structure, and building safe, trusting relationships that promote long-term growth.

Brandon’s commitment to this field is also deeply personal. As the adoptive parent of a child with special needs, he brings empathy, advocacy, and lived understanding to the families he serves. He lives in Swannanoa, North Carolina, with his wife and their five children, and is actively involved in his local church community. Brandon is known for his humility, integrity, and genuine desire to help others thrive.
